Chocamine – this is cocoa with amino acids and essential minerals. Although cocoa has clinical backup, chocamine has no clinical studies to back it up.

DiCaffeine Malate – this is a caffeine supplement. The Di and Malate doesn’t really have any effect but caffeine is proven to work in weight loss.

Synephrine – because of the ban of Ephedra, diet pill manufacturers tried to replace it and came up with synephrine. However, there is no link between synephrine and ephedra.

Phenylethylamine – this can be found in chocolates and is responsible for the “good feelings” and counters the jitters caused by caffeine.

Humulus Lupus – this is an old supplement that helps in counteracting the stimulation of caffeine.

FEN-72 is a detoxifying mixture in Fenphedra. Although the ingredients for the detox solution are not stated, these are more likely similar to other detox formula for other diet pills. However, do keep in mind that detox pills should only be short term.
