Your Genes will Tell whether It is Worthy to Exercise

According to a new study, a person’s capacity to get physically fit is already predetermined by the genes.

It has been studied before that genes play an important role in the increasing rate of obesity. Based from this old study, there are genes that can predispose a person to obesity and it can’t be avoided. Scientists have linked this old study to this new claim that no matter how hard a person exercises, he/she won’t get physically fit if it is already in the genes.

Sad to say, exercising regularly to achieve a physically fit body may not be applicable to everyone. Although it is true that exercise can provide a lot of health benefits, not everyone can benefit from it, especially when it comes to achieving a slimmer body.

However, according to researchers, even if these people may not see any progress in their bodies while they are continuously exercising, the positive effects of exercise in lowering cholesterol and promoting circulation can still be achieved.

Experts are not discouraging people to exercises but they are encouraging people to exercise more even if they are not seeing any progress.

If you are one of those people who are not seeing any progress in your weight loss efforts, then it might be the right time to consult a physician and ask for a weight loss supplement that can help you in your weight loss efforts.
