Women Need to Spend more Time in Exercising in order to Lose Weight
According to a new research, women, as they grow older need to spend more time in exercising in order to lose weight. Women who are already in their ideal weight should exercise at least one hour per day in order to maintain their weight while those who are obese may need more time in order to lose weight.
An hour of moderate exercise would be ideal for those who are already physically fit, in order to maintain their weight. Examples of modern exercise would include bicycling, brisk walking, and golfing. However, if you think you won’t be able to sustain it for an hour, you shouldn’t give up since even a small time of exercise would be able to provide health benefits.
You may not need to stick to one type of exercise and do it for an hour. If you are exercising on a gym, it would be best to work out on different equipments so that you won’t get bored on one exercise. Aside from that, it would also be good if you combine exercise with balanced diet in order to prevent weight gain.
Apparently, women should also watch out the food that they eat, a small piece of candy bar can be eaten for as fast as two minutes and may require an hour of walking to burn those calories.
