Through regular exercise, you are increasing your physical activity and also your rate of metabolism. Once these are increased, you will be able to burn calories at a faster rate, which results in weight loss.
You can have a regular exercise every day for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This will be enough to burn those excess calories and keep your circulation good.
