A lot of dieters think that eating very low calories and increasing exercise will result to faster weight loss. However, this is not the usual case.

A lot of people who are trying to lose weight are making the mistake of eating fewer calories, but still unable to lose weight as expected. This will only lead to frustration, easy irritability, and fatigue.

Now, you are probably wondering why you are not losing weight despite the very low calorie intake. As soon as you eat very low calories, your body thinks that it is starving. Hence, the metabolism starts to slow down. The body thinks that it is starving so it starts to conserve energy.

However, this doesn’t mean that it applies to everyone because each one of has could have different reaction when it comes to low caloric diet. Hence, it is hard to predict what could possibly happen after starting a strict caloric intake.
