Ten Minute Exercises to Lose Weight
According to studies, adults should at least have 150 minutes of moderate aerobic physical activities every week. While you may think that this may be impossible especially for those who have busy lifestyles, it is actually possible by doing three ten minute exercises five times per week.
Being physically active can provide a lot of benefits to the body. It promotes weight loss, improved circulation, reduction of heart problems, and prevention of stroke. However, some people find it difficult to exercise because they are too busy.
If you would like to lose weight but you are too busy, you can incorporate these ten minute exercises to your lifestyle:
Take the Stairs
For those working at the office, it would be best to take the stairs than the elevator. This will not only burn calories but it will also tone your legs.
Walk
Always take the opportunity to walk. Walking is a good exercise and will definitely be able to help you to lose weight. Brisk walking would be much better too!
Cycling instead of Sitting
Setting up a stationary bike in front of the television can help you to exercise effectively. Rather than simply sitting on the couch, cycling in front of the television will let you enjoy watching while burning calories.
