Music can Help in Making Exercise more Efficient
According to recent studies, music can help in making exercise more efficient. With the right tunes, the person can be more productive in exercise.
Music can greatly affect a person’s effort in exercising. Experts in London have found out that there are actually four factors which contribute to a song’s motivational qualities. These factors are rhythm response, musicality, cultural impact and association.
Apparently, rhythm response and musicality are considered as internal factors, while cultural impact and association are considered as external factors.
Rhythm response is related with the beats per minute of the song. This bpm usually goes along with the heartbeat of the person exercising. As for musicality, it usually involves the melody and harmony.
As for the external factors, it is all about the person’s preference of songs. Therefore, it is important to find the right type of songs that will perfectly match you so that you will be able to improve the quality of your exercises and maintain a physically fit body.
