Migraine Linked to Obesity
Young women or girls who have migraine in their early years are prone to become obese in their adulthood years according to a new research.
Scientists found out that 40 percent of women who have migraine during their younger years had gained weight beginning on the age of 18 as compared to 30 percent of women who never had headaches or migraine in their youth.
The researchers have been looking for the possible explanation to these findings but they hypothesized that the migraine headaches and the nausea experience made these women to alter their physical activity and their dietary preferences.
Despite these findings, some experts believed that obesity and migraine are directly connected to each other. There is a possible explanation for these results and the experts are still at search for answers.
