Lemon might seem a simple fruit but it does a lot especially when it comes to health. It is rich in vitamins that can boost the immune system and it can also somehow help in weight loss.

Lemon can help in helping the body to regulate metabolism as well as absorb sugar properly. By this, it can eventually lead to weight loss.

Lemons are rich in citric acid. If you take a glass of lemon juice in just plain water in the morning, it can help in your digestion. It will interact with the other enzymes in your digestive tract resulting to a better digestion.

Lemons also help in absorbing calcium from the foods that you are eating. Calcium doesn’t also cause strong bones but it can also help in fat burning. Hence, more calcium absorbed, then better fat burning.
