Feeling Out of Breath While Running
Running is a good exercise. It is a good way to keep physically active and it can also be an effective way to release stress.
When you are running, it would be best to warm up first and try focusing on breathing in and breathing out through the mouth. You need to practice on deep breathing exercises because this will allow you to take in more air.
You need to run at the pace that you can breathe easily. The talk test is a method to effectively determine whether your pace is right. You should be able to speak fully without catching breath. If you aren’t able to do that, then you should slow down or walk.
As soon as you become more fit, the breathing will be much easier.
