Eating Breakfast Will Make You Fat?
There are some individuals who prefer not to eat breakfast while there are some people who would choose to eat a big breakfast, believing it can boost the metabolism and help them lose weight. Actually, the latter statement is what people have believed for many years until recent studies have found out some interesting findings.
A new study suggests that the only thing that breakfast can do to one’s body is to add up calories and promote weight gain rather than lose weight. According to experts, rather than eating big breakfast, you need to cut down the calories that you eat on breakfast in order to lose weight effectively.
Experts promote having good breakfast and not big breakfast. This means, eat a healthy meal first thing in the morning but make sure that it doesn’t contain a lot of calories because it will not help in your weight loss efforts.
