Bicycling can be a fun hobby but according to recent studies, it can also be a great way to control a person’s weight. Based from these studies, women who enter the middle age can greatly benefit from biking for at least five minutes per day. This is true especially for overweight women.

Experts believed that bicycling for at least five minutes per day is the key to weight control and prevent weight gain. Biking is an example of a physical exercise, which is very important among women who are overweight and aged 25 and above.

Biking, if combined with brisk walking, can greatly help in weight loss and weight control. These physical activities are easier compared to other forms of exercise. Aside from that, it can also be easily  incorporated in your everyday life. It can be a part of the daily routine.
